Administrative Assistant

Part Time - hourly 

Mental Health Counselor

Full Time 

Mental Health Counselor

.75 FTE 


Job Summary

  • Oversee the administrative needs of current clients
  • Manage screening, education and onboarding of new clients
  • Providing excellent customer service in a caring, supportive office environment
  • Oversee billing, accounting and scheduling

 

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Comfortable learning practice management software
  • Able to honor client confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

 

Work Hours

  • 35-40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30
  • Some flexibility on schedule

Job Summary

  • Provide excellent care to clients
  • Keep professional and accurate session notes and billing records
  • Offer integration of faith to those who are interested
  • Collaborate with other therapists on the team to provide the best interventions possible
  • Be a part of something bigger than yourself that will last for eternity

 

Qualifications

  • Hold a valid Nebraska license to practice mental health
  • Comfortable keeping notes and records via online EHR software
  • Eager and flexible to be part of a team
  • Willingness and desire to continue learning and growing personally and professionally
  • Skilled in handling interpersonal conflict with honor, respect and humility
  • Clear ability to demonstrate a pattern of personal emotional and mental health

 

Work Hours

  • 20-25 sessions per week
  • Therapist sets own hours of availability
  • Preference given to those able to provide evening/weekend availability
  • May have to accommodate shared space usage
