Licensed Mental Health Practitioner

Licensed Professional Counselor

Sarah earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She worked at Child Guidance Center (now Hope Spoke) and Lutheran Family Services before opening a private practice with her husband in 2013.

Sarah strives to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel safe, seen and heard. She is a trauma informed therapist that utilizes interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, IFS and CBT approaches. Sarah currently works with adults 19 yrs. and up who are dealing with depression, anxiety, boundaries, trauma, health issues, parenting and relationship concerns. Sarah’s sweet spot is providing a safe space for missionaries and ministry staff to process through their own story. As someone who was formerly in ministry both stateside and overseas, she gets the complexities of being in those roles.

When not at work, she can be found at her kids’ sporting events or a PTO activity. She loves going for walks, grabbing a coffee date with a friend or making a nutritious meal at home.
