Tips for

Successful Telehealth

The quick basics:

  • Find a quiet place with limited interruptions
  • Test your video and audio- make sure we can see your face!
  • Use headphones with a build in microphone
  • Close all other tabs and apps
  • Keep your device still
  • Position the camera so your image fills the screen
  • Keep your chargers close
  • Use ethernet cable instead of wifi
  • If using wifi, sit close to your router for good signal

Be prepared for hiccups: We are all doing the best we can to stay healthy and safe, this too shall pass, but know we are always here to help you in whatever capacity we can!
